Policies
Whether you're a first-time client or a regular visitor, effective client support is managed with the following basic policies.

Cancellation Policy
Please reach out 24 hours prior to your appointment for cancellations to avoid being charged 50% of your session. I understand emergencies happen and I will work with you the best I can.
Illness Policy
If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, even those believed to be allergies, please avoid coming in. You will not be charged for cancelling due to illness.
Business Conduct
As a CMT, I hold my work to a high standard of ethics and values under National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB).
The NCBTMB is organized for the purpose of fostering high standards of ethical and professional practice in the delivery of services through recognized, credible credentialing programs and continuing education approval programs that assure the competency of practitioners of therapeutic massage and bodywork and protection of the public. For more details on NCBTMB feel free to browse their website.
Client Relations
Confidentiality - any and all sensitive information discussed with clients will remain confidential and not shared with anyone.
Informed Consent - any procedures to be performed will be preceded by descriptions and client consent to proceed. The client is encouraged to express any discomfort, request adjustments during the session, or stop the session if necessary.
Client Conduct - my efforts to operate an ethical, courteous and friendly massage therapy business require that clients reciprocate as such. Any instances of violation of common-sense boundaries in conversation or physical interaction limits will result in immediate session termination and possible banning of future sessions.
